The Garrett GT3794VA Stage 1 AVNT Turbo Kit fits the 2004-2006 GMC Sierra 3500 with the 6.6L Duramax and delivers a direct-fit variable-nozzle turbo upgrade over the factory unit.

Turbocharger replacement on the 6.6L Duramax requires exhaust and intake disassembly, oil and coolant line service, and typically takes 6-10 hours with a vehicle lift. Professional ECU tune recommended after installation to safely manage boost and airflow.

Product Overview

This Stage 1 kit uses Garrett's GT3794VA variable-nozzle turbocharger to improve spool response and top-end airflow on the LLY and LBZ Duramax platforms.

The AVNT (Advanced Variable Nozzle Turbine) design adjusts exhaust flow across the RPM range, supporting stronger low-end torque and cleaner high-load performance.

Built as a bolt-on replacement, it retains factory mounting points on the 6.6L Duramax for a clean install on your 3500HD.
