The Garrett GT3794VA Stage 1 AVNT Turbo Kit fits the 2007-2009 GMC Sierra 3500 and delivers a direct-fit variable-nozzle turbocharger upgrade for the 6.6L Duramax.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Turbocharger replacement requires exhaust and intake disassembly, oil and coolant line service, and typically takes 6-8 hours on a vehicle lift. A professional ECU tune is required after installation to safely manage the new boost and airflow.

Product Overview

This Stage 1 AVNT (Advanced Variable Nozzle Turbine) turbo bolts to the factory Duramax exhaust and intake locations, so no custom fabrication is needed.

The variable-nozzle design improves boost response across the RPM range and supports higher airflow than the stock LBZ/LMM charger. It is a proven platform for tow rigs and daily-driven 6.6L Duramax trucks looking for more usable power.
