The Garrett PowerMax GT3788V Turbo Kit fits the 2015-2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 6.6L Duramax LML and delivers a direct bolt-on upgrade over the factory turbocharger.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Turbocharger replacement requires exhaust and intake disassembly, oil and coolant line service, and a vehicle lift; typically takes 6-8 hours. Professional ECU tune recommended after installation to safely calibrate boost and airflow.

This drop-in turbo replaces the stock GT3788V unit with an upgraded compressor and turbine wheel for higher airflow and quicker spool.

Designed specifically for the LML Duramax, it retains factory mounting, oil, and coolant connections for a clean install.

The result is more usable boost and improved towing performance without changing the OEM footprint.
