The Garrett PowerMax GT3788V Turbo Kit fits the 2015-2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 6.6L Duramax LML and delivers a direct-fit factory replacement turbo upgrade with more airflow than stock.

Turbocharger replacement on the LML Duramax requires exhaust and intake disassembly, oil and coolant line service, and a vehicle lift; typically takes 6-8 hours. Professional ECU tune recommended after installation to safely calibrate boost and airflow.

Product Overview

This is a bolt-in variable geometry turbocharger upgrade for the LML Duramax. It uses Garrett's PowerMax platform to increase horsepower and torque while retaining OEM fitment and factory turbo control.

The GT3788V is engineered for daily-driven and worked HD trucks that need more power for towing, hauling, and performance without swapping to a full custom setup.
