The Garrett PowerMax GT3788V Turbo Kit fits the 2015-2016 GMC Sierra 2500 with the 6.6L Duramax LML and delivers a direct-fit turbocharger upgrade for more airflow and power.

Turbocharger replacement requires exhaust and intake disassembly, oil and coolant line service, and takes 6-8 hours on a vehicle lift. Professional ECU tune recommended after installation to safely manage boost and airflow changes.

Product Overview

This PowerMax bolt-on turbo replaces the factory GT3788V with a Garrett-engineered upgrade sized for the LML Duramax.

It uses the OEM mounting points and variable-geometry actuator for a clean install without exhaust or manifold modification.

The result is stronger spool, more top-end airflow, and headroom for tuned power gains on the 6.6L Duramax.
