The Garrett PowerMax GT3788V Turbo Kit fits the 2015-2016 GMC Sierra 3500 6.6L Duramax LML and delivers a direct-fit upgrade over the factory turbocharger.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Turbocharger replacement on the LML Duramax requires exhaust and intake disassembly, oil and coolant line service, and typically takes 6-8 hours with a vehicle lift. Professional ECU tune recommended after installation to safely calibrate boost and fueling.

Product Overview

This drop-in turbo kit replaces the OEM GT3788V unit on the LML Duramax with a Garrett-engineered upgrade built for higher airflow and improved throttle response.

It bolts to the factory mounting locations and uses stock oil and coolant lines for a clean install on the 6.6L Duramax.
