The Industrial Injection Bosch Disaster CP3 Conversion Kit fits the 2011-2014 GMC Sierra 3500 and replaces the failure-prone factory CP4.2 pump with a proven Bosch CP3.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Requires removal of the factory CP4.2 injection pump, installation of the Bosch CP3 with adapter hardware, and fuel system priming; typically takes 6-8 hours in a shop. Professional installation strongly recommended due to high-pressure fuel system work and diesel fuel line integrity.

Product Overview

This conversion kit swaps the LML Duramax's factory CP4.2 injection pump for a Bosch CP3, the same pump architecture trusted on earlier LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM Duramax trucks.

When a CP4.2 fails, it sends metal debris through the entire fuel system, often taking out injectors, rails, and lines. The CP3 conversion eliminates that risk.

Designed for the 6.6L LML Duramax with emissions equipment left fully intact, so your DPF, DEF, and EGR systems continue to function as delivered.
