The Mishimoto Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan fits the 2001-2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with the 6.6L Duramax and Allison 1000 transmission. It adds 6.1 quarts of ATF capacity for cooler, more stable transmission temps.
Product Overview
This direct-fit pan is cast from aluminum and powder coated Gunmetal Gray. Internal baffles reduce fluid sloshing and improve heat dissipation under load.
A precision-machined dovetail groove holds the O-ring seal in place, replacing the factory flat gasket and messy sealants. Pre-installed bolt retainers keep fasteners in the pan during install.
A magnetic drain plug catches metallic debris, and a 1/8in NPT port accepts a transmission temperature sensor for monitoring.
