The Mishimoto Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan fits the 2001-2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD with the Allison 1000 transmission and adds 6.1 quarts of ATF capacity for cooler, more consistent shifts.
Product Overview
This direct-fit pan replaces the stamped factory unit with cast aluminum finished in Gunmetal Gray powder coat. Internal baffles reduce fluid sloshing and improve heat dissipation under load.
A precision-machined dovetail groove with O-ring seal eliminates messy gasket sealants. A magnetic drain plug captures metallic debris and a 1/8-inch NPT port accepts a transmission temperature sensor.
Pre-installed bolt retainers hold the fasteners in the pan during install, making this a much cleaner job under the truck.
