The Mishimoto Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan fits the 2006 Chevy Silverado 3500 with the 6.6L Duramax and Allison 1000 transmission. It adds 6.1 quarts of ATF capacity for cooler, more stable transmission operation.
Product Overview
This direct-fit pan is cast from aluminum and powder coated Gunmetal Gray. Internal baffles reduce fluid sloshing and improve heat dissipation under load.
A precision-machined dovetail groove with O-ring seal replaces the messy flat gasket and sealant setup. Pre-installed bolt retainers hold the fasteners during install so you can thread them one-handed.
A magnetic drain plug captures metallic debris, and a 1/8in NPT port accepts a transmission temperature sensor for monitoring.
